Do you use offshore workers?
No. All of our strategy, creative, and advertising work is managed locally by our in-house team. We believe in close collaboration, fast communication, and full accountability.
For any highly technical or specialised tasks, we may occasionally partner with trusted Australian contractors, but all client relationships, strategy, and deliverables are led by our core team.
Do I need a digital marketing agency if I already have an in-house team?
It’s usually a very effective combination. Most of our clients already have internal marketing staff. We work alongside them to fill skill gaps, provide strategic direction, and manage campaign execution. Think of us as your external growth partner, bringing specialist expertise and a fresh perspective.

It does depend on the service. You’ll often see early signs of traction from paid ads within the first month. Organic channels may take longer to build. More consistent and scalable results usually grow over three to six months as we refine campaigns, optimise your website, and scale what’s working.
Can you guarantee results?
No agency can ethically guarantee results because performance depends on many factors such as market conditions, offer, and competition. What we guarantee is transparency, data-backed decisions, and continuous improvement to achieve the best possible outcomes.
How do you measure success?
We focus on meaningful metrics like revenue growth, leads generated, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA). Every campaign is tracked and analysed so we can make clear, confident decisions.
Do you provide regular reports or updates?
Yes. You’ll receive either weekly or fortnightly strategy calls to review progress, learnings, and next steps. We’ll also build you a marketing dashboard so that you can check the numbers whenever you’d like.
How much does it cost to work with your agency?
Our retainers are tailored to your goals, ad spend, and required services. Most clients invest between $2,000 to $15,000Â per month for ongoing management, with media budgets paid separately. We also offer project-based work for strategy or website builds.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We recommend an initial three-month engagement to set up, test, and optimise. After that, we move to a simple month-to-month arrangement because we believe in earning your trust through results, not long-term lock-ins.
What’s included in your pricing?
Our retainers can cover a wide range of included services: strategy, campaign management, content creation, email automation, creative direction, conversion optimisation, data integrations and reporting.
You’ll have a dedicated team managing performance and communicating progress.
Are ad budgets included in your fees?
No. Your ad spend is billed directly by the platforms like Google or Meta. This gives you complete visibility and control over your budgets.
What’s the process for getting started?
We begin all of our client partnerships with an audit of your current marketing strategy. We’ll send you a link that grants us read-only access to your key platforms, and within 2-3 weeks we’ll prepare a marketing roadmap that forms the basis of our initial engagement.
What do you need from us to begin?
We’ll need access to your website, ad accounts, analytics tools, and any brand assets such as logos, imagery, and copy. The more insight we have into your audience and past performance, the better we can plan.
How involved do we need to be?
You can be as involved as you like. However, we’ve found that clients that get more involved, get more out of our service. Some clients want weekly updates, while others prefer to let us manage it and check in monthly. Either way, you’ll always have full visibility into what’s happening.
Who will we be working with?
Our agency is broken down into two small teams that will work with Brett, our director, to deliver your service. The team you are assigned to is based on your industry and required services.
Do you manage Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO / Email Marketing?
Yes. We specialise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimisation. Each channel is managed as part of a unified strategy so they all work together to achieve your goals.
Can you help with website design or development?
Yes. We design and build high-performing websites on Shopify, WordPress, and Instapage that are fast, user-friendly, and built to convert.
Do you create content (copy, video, design)?
Yes. We create ad copy, blogs, landing page content, emails, image and video content. We also guide clients on affordable content strategies such as UGC, influencer marketing and founder-led storytelling.
Can you integrate with our CRM or sales tools?
Yes. We’re experienced with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Zapier to ensure everything is connected and integrated correctly.
Will you create a custom strategy for our business?
Always. Every plan is built from the ground up based on your goals, audience, and service/product. We never use one-size-fits-all templates.
Can we see examples of your past work or case studies?

How do you handle reporting and communication?
You’ll receive performance reports, a marketing dashboard and weekly strategy reviews. We stay in touch through email, calls, or Slack, depending on your preference.
Will you help us understand the data and strategy?
Yes. We walk you through reports, explain insights, and show you exactly what’s driving performance so you’re confident in every decision.
Do you offer training for internal teams?
Yes. We can run workshops or consulting sessions to help your internal team understand performance marketing, deep dive into analytics, or improve content creation.
What’s your cancellation policy?
After the initial term, you can cancel with 30 days notice. There are no penalties or hidden fees.
What happens if we’re not happy with the results?
We review what’s working, identify challenges, and adjust the strategy quickly. Our process is transparent and focused on continuous improvement. We’ll let you know if results are not looking strong and be upfront with your best next steps.
Do you own the ad accounts and data?
Yes. You retain full ownership of all accounts, campaigns, and data. Everything we build belongs to you.
