Cleopatra’s Bling came on board looking to elevate their marketing strategy and grow internationally. A lot of initial work was done to identify key customer persona’s and content themes that speak to each persona. From that research we mapped out a customer journey that told their brand story authentically and was based on real life, in-store conversations.

From our initial audit of the account we had already identified opportunities to improve funnel structure, technical setup, budget allocation and audience targeting. The account restructure combined with customer-centric + authentic content saw immediate results with total website revenue jumping up 48% within the first month.
